౨ৎ ABOUT THE HOOK

Our hooks are made from 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE plastic. HDPE is FDA food-grade BPA-free plastic that our manufacturer has sourced from Australian waste streams.

We manufacture our hooks locally in Sydney, Australia.

We pigment our plastic in-house and make our hooks mostly by hand. This can result in inconsistencies in the finish and colour of each hook, making each one entirely unique.

౨ৎ USING THE HOOK

We have tested the hooks to hold up to 25kgs. The hook itself is very strong, but how you mount it and onto what will determine how much it can hold.

Yes, our hooks are suitable for both indoors and outdoor use.

You are welcome to wash your hooks in soapy water, or simply use a damp cloth to wipe them down.

౨ৎ INSTALLING THE HOOK

Yes, we recommend using plasterboard anchors for these types of mounts.

We recommend consulting your local handyman about the best way to safely remove the screws from your wall. We also like this easy to follow instructional by Bunnings.

We don't recommend using adhesives to attach the hooks due to the nature of the plastic.

We use third-party payment processors to process your payments. Our third-party payment processors and Aestu Pty Ltd are governed by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) set in place to protect the handling of personal information about individuals. Aestu does not permanently store or have access to your full payment information or credit card details. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic deliveries can take up to 5 business days to arrive.

International shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Orders over $150 receive free standard shipping.

Once your package has been shipped (up to 48 hours after you place your order) you will
receive an email confirming this with a tracking link.

If your item has not arrived within 2 business days from the last day of the ETA window, please contact us to check on its whereabouts. Please note that once a parcel has arrived in its destination country, the local postal authority for that country will deliver it, so the final delivery date will be subject to them.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
